Please note that this website will look quite terrible in Netscape
Navigator 4.x and earlier. This site uses a technology called CSS for its visual
style and layout, a technology integral to making websites that are accessible
to all (including those visitors that require screen readers for visual impairment,
etc). Netscape Navigator 4.x is over four years old and does not implement these
basic accessibility technologies. We recommend that you update to the latest
version of Netscape (or better yet, choose
mozilla!)
Discounted early registration is available until January
15, 2003. Late and on-site registration fee is US$225.00
Registration fee includes the cost of all conference materials
as well as conference dinners, luncheons, and coffee breaks with snacks.
Refunds will NOT be available after 01/25/2003.
A small service charge of $15.00 will be assessed on refunds requested after
01/16/2003.
