Description: Dr. Tom Quinn, Director, Johns Hopkins Center for Global Health, Topic: Infectious Diseases:Continuous Threats to Global Health. The University Seminar on Global Health is open to the public. The series brings together a multi-disciplinary group of faculty and students from both the University and Duke Medicine to expand knowledge of global health. Speakers for the 2008-09 series are leading figures in global health from Duke and other major universities.
