Description: Topic: Malaria and the Demographic Transition in Africa. Dr. Conley is Chair of Sociology at New York University. He holds appointments at NYU’s Wagner School of Public Service and Mount Sinai School of Medicine. The University Seminar on Global Health is a series of public lectures that brings together a multidisciplinary audience from the University, the Medical Center, and the community to engage in critical dialogue about global health.
