The Human Rights Working Group is a student-run group sponsored by the Duke University Center for International Studies. It is a uniquely interdisciplinary collection of graduate and professional students.
Our goals include:
- Organizing bimonthly meetings consisting of presentations and discussions on pertinent human rights issues;
- Fostering interdisciplinary collaboration among graduate and professional students at Duke and UNC, and
- A critical engagement with human rights through advocacy and related activities.
